HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY FOR THE FOOD PROVIDED BY THE CHILDREN’S CAMP “SARONIDA”
Our vision, as everyone working at the “SARONIDA” camp, is to associate our name with the complete enjoyment and satisfaction of our campers.
A key component of the quality services we aim to provide is the safety and hygiene of the meals we prepare and offer to the children-campers, ensuring proper food handling at all stages—from receipt and storage to processing and serving.
Within this framework, the company implements a strict hygiene and food safety policy for the meals provided, which consists of the following:
1. Strict adherence to the Food Safety Management System developed in accordance with ISO 22000:2005
2. Full compliance with all procedures
3. Continuous staff training on food hygiene and safety matters
4. Ongoing verification of the Food Safety Management System
5. Monitoring of all critical control points and prerequisite programs in production
6. Provision of resources for maintaining and updating the System, purchasing new and modern equipment, and improving facilities, infrastructure, and the working environment
7. Maintenance of communication channels established with suppliers as well as with authorities
8. Continuous monitoring and implementation of applicable legislation
At the same time, measurable objectives related to the safety of our products have been established and are continuously monitored for their achievement.
All of the above ensure the realization of our desired goals, making both Management and Employees proud of the camp’s progress.
