The purpose of the camp is to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for children and staff in which to develop their social skills. To this end, we set some rules in our group life that must be followed by all of us.
- The camp accepts children from 6-16 years old who must be healthy, not suffer from a contagious or mental illness and be able to follow the camp program. Along with the completion of the necessary forms for the child’s entry into the camp, the presentation of a medical certificate is necessary (simple pediatrician’s certificate for the child’s ability to participate in the camp program).
- The camp reserves the right to remove any child who has inappropriate behavior, exercises physical or verbal violence, makes offensive, racist or sexist comments and generally does not follow the rules of the camp.
- The diet plan is common to all and there is no possibility of alternative options. In case of food intolerance or allergies, the parent contacts the camp before registering the child to discuss whether it is possible to manage the above properly. The camp reserves the right not to accept a child if its nutritional peculiarities cannot be satisfied.
- Children are not allowed to store food and medicine in their belongings for reasons of safety, hygiene, and prevention of poisoning. The medicine is delivered to the doctor’s office.
- Children should not have with them valuables (expensive mobile phones, photographic or electronic devices, etc.), because their safe storage is not possible and the camp is not responsible for any loss
- The telephone communication of the children with their parents is done either from the cardphones of the camp (the parents supply the children with phonecards), the use of which is allowed during free time or from their mobile phone to which the children will have access only at the time of post lunch rest. Video calls are not allowed in the presence of other children.
- On the camp’s website there is the participation / consent / medical information form which must be completed and sent to us before the arrival of the children, according to the instructions that accompany it.
- The camp’s dispensary provides first aid and short-term hospitalization. Parents are informed of any serious incident of this nature (except for minor first aid incidents). The camp doctor decides if a child should leave the camp, a decision that must be respected by the parents, because it concerns and the other campers. The camp cannot accommodate children who have unmanageable conditions.
- Departure or temporary absent permission of the campers is allowed only with the presence of the parent / guardian by presenting an identification document. Otherwise, the recipient must have a certified authorization and identity card for the receipt of the child.
- If guardianship is arranged by a court decision, a copy of it must be sent with registration at the camp.
